Below please find the list of forms that can be filled out and submitted when use of the BCC facility is requested. Any unscheduled use of the facility does require the person requesting use to fill out the form and submit it. The Facilities Administrator will contact you once the form is submitted. They will approve, schedule, and work with you to ensure your event is a success. The form also contains the BCC Facilities Use Policy, which you will be required to acknowledge and accept responsibility for.
